Training Course: Fake News Busters

Fake News Busters is a training course that aims to support youth workers to address the risks, opportunities and implications of digitization.

Through this project we desire to create a wall against the fake news phenomenon and post truth issue that are making more and more trouble these days in our society. We want to raise the quality of journalism of nowadays by teaching youth workers to make youth realise it's importance and that is necessary to be aware of false mass-media.

Our important objective is to help youth workers in order to provide quality content, to understand why society needs true information and how to present it to people in creative and useful ways.

The project’s aim is to help youth workers in order to raise groups of young journalists who fight against fake news and it’s consequences by facilitating the sharing of methods, instruments and good practices. We also wish to create a fundamental training for participants so they can use all the knowledge in their own projects and build a network for future initiatives.

Some examples of activities are: finding creative solutions to teach youth to be aware about fake-news, visiting a youth editorship to learn about the system of collecting and processing press facts, learn to promote better nonformal projects among youth by using journalistic techniques.

If you are interested to become partner and send 2 or 3 youth workers, please send us your PIF to superyouthprojects@gmail.com.
