Project Vision: DELEPO 2.0 aims to empower youth workers across Europe with skills and knowledge to effectively conceptualize, plan, and implement Erasmus Plus KA2 projects. The project emphasizes enhancing employability and leadership skills, using a residential learning camp format over seven days.
Goals:
Improve proposal writing skills for Erasmus Plus KA2 projects.
Provide comprehensive training in project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
Foster innovation and creativity in project design to address community needs effectively.
Strengthen European collaboration through cross-border partnerships.
Increase awareness of Erasmus Plus opportunities among participants.
Expected Results:
Enhanced quality and innovation in Erasmus Plus KA2 project proposals.
A network of skilled youth workers across Europe, improving their employability.
Improved collaboration and best practices exchange among European youth organizations.
Development of ten fully-fledged projects from ideation to consortium formation.
Duration and Participants:
Number of days for activities and travel days: 7 days of activities plus 2 travel days (Day 0 for arrival and Day 8 for departure).
Number of countries involved: 10 countries.
Number of participants per country: 2 participants from each country, 3 from Spain, totaling 21 youth workers plus 2 Trainers. Total 23 people.
Methodology: The course combines traditional educational techniques with innovative AI technologies to streamline project development and management processes. Participants engage in workshops, interactive sessions, practical group work, and cultural exchanges.
Impact: DELEPO 2.0 aims to significantly boost the professional development of youth workers, improve the quality and impact of youth projects across Europe, and foster a more inclusive, innovative, and interconnected society
This project is running under KA150 Accreditation. The period of the training will be decided according to the final selected 10 partners.
