Training course “Cre-Cri Skills”

The aim of the project is to develop creative and critical thinking skills of youth workers for the development of non-formal education.

Training course "Cre-Cri Skills" will take place in September 2019 in Rezekne, Latvia.
The aim of the project is to develop creative and critical thinking skills of youth workers for the development of non-formal education and generate creative project ideas for young people. Participants will learn to generate and evaluate knowledge, clarify concepts and ideas, seek possibilities, consider alternatives and solve problems. They will become more confident and autonomous problem-solvers and thinkers. It will develop youth work around Europe.
During this training course different non-formal educational methods will be used: discussions,
presentations, round table discussions, games, team work, practical exercises, intercultural evening, study visits in order to contribute non-formal learning process.
The project will directly affect participants, partner organisations and young people. During the project participants will gain and improve new skills and competencies, skills that will be needed to work with young people. Project participants will practice creative critical thinking techniques to
generate ideas, develop "out of the box" thinking, foster innovation in their work, which will impact on the organizations for successful work with young people.
