Training Course 4 Cultural Workers

The project is adressed in particular to youth workers who want to learn to express and promote its own cultural identity and gain expertise on organization and management of inclusive and accessible cultural events.
The project is organised with collaboration of students enrolled to Master in cultural events management at the Higher Institutes for Musical Studies “P.I. Tchaikovsky” of Nocera Terinese (Italy).
This Youth Exchange aims to bring together 24-28 cultural workers from 6-7 countries, over 18, to expand their knowledge of themselves, the others and the European environment they live in. The Training Course will take place in Calabria in December 2016 and will run for about 10 days.
