Training coaches

The proposal is a seminar to do in Guía de Isora (Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain) to share good experiencies in entrepreneurship.

The proposed activities will be based on a seminar to do in Guía de Isora (Tenerife). For several hours a day for intense days, the participants in this activity know in detail tools and skills to realize entrepreneurial dreams and ideas, how to realize innovative ideas and learn how other youth have achieved, of an autonomous, cornering achieve their life goals through self-employment. Know management skills and collective human groups, conflict management, team leadership and, more importantly, case studies of success and personal fulfillment applicable in international youth projects. Each partner will implement these activities (energyzers, workshops, speeches, etc). Place of performance will be Tenerife and type an Action Project KA1 (Staff mobility).

The objectives pursued the acquisition of skills and qualifications for entrepreneurship and the length is 7 days. Participating countries are those detailed in the section members and the proposed activities will be lectures, panel discussions, workshops and visits and knowledge of real cases of success. The working methods are eminently participatory and very horizontal, based on informal processes and profusion of intermediate and final evaluations.
