Towards the development of holistic approach to enhance Culture, Value Education, Life Skills and Learning Environment of University students in Bhutan using ICT-enabled Innovation.

With the modernization of education and lifestyle, the precious tradition and culture seems to have been lost when it is transitioned to the youth of Nation. This may lead to losing of basic human values which increases various youth issues. To do so, modern technology especially social media and various ICT technology which our youths are so fond of must be used to promote basic values of the future leaders of nay nations. The proposed project aims to use ICT tools especially social media to revive back the most treasured values of Bhutan among the university students of Bhutan. It is to train students with all aspects of culture and traditions which would eventually contribute to Bhutan’s most noble principle of Gross National Happiness. The project aims to use the expertise from across the globe to help the small nation of Bhutan in coping with the culture and value revolutions.
