Tourism in mountain areas

We are looking for partners for our project. The project's aim is to increase the value of mountain areas and to develop the tourism, by enhancing the professional skills of the operators. Through this project on the one hand we want to increase the tourism in the mountain regions, often not adequately improved, working to protect the mountain resource and to regain it from the economical and social point of view, and on the other we want to promote the youth entrepreneurship also in order to repopulate the mountain territory.
Project activities:
- Research-action to provide a real picture of the current situation in the areas (ongoing efforts, critical issues, strong points, stakeholders involved), in order to offer a key to understand integrated development strategies
- Training path “Tourism Marketing in the mountain areas: competences and networking”, aimed at training the specialist operators through a path that previews also the exchange of best practices with the partners involved
- Professionalising traineeships in Itali and in other involved countries
- Dissemination and exploitation of the results, in Italy and in other involved countries
