Project Purpose: To facilitate inmates’ reintegration into society after release, increase their chances of finding employment, and reduce the rate of reoffending. Project Scope: Vocational Training and Certification: Vocational courses tailored to the needs of the local job market (e.g., electronics, carpentry, computer programming, cooking). Issuance of nationally or internationally recognized certificates upon course completion. Work Experience and Internship Opportunities: Internship and work experience programs within the institution or partner businesses. Providing inmates the opportunity to learn work discipline and gain practical experience. Psychosocial Support and Counseling: Group and individual counseling on communication skills, stress management, anger control, and similar topics. Psychological support to aid social reintegration. Social Awareness and Community Service Projects: Inmates participate in projects beneficial to society (e.g., environmental cleaning, charity campaigns). Raising awareness about the impact of crime on society. Job Placement and Guidance Services: Training inmates in resume writing and job interview techniques. Providing job placement support and follow-up system after graduation.
