Tools for EUth: Stretch the mind, exercise the gut

The project is a Sport Small Collaborative Partnership focusing on sport activities to support young people experiencing IBS and eating disorders.

This project wants to focus mainly on finding proper transversal and interdisciplinary tools and strategies to support young people struggling with eating disorders (binge eating, orthorexia nervosa, overweight, underweight, restrictive food intake, diet mindset, etc) and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) through local and European researches to build a European support framework based on science support, sport potential, civil sector engagement and social activities. The project wants to build a team-based support structure for youth workers, sport associations, nutritionists, psychologists and all the related teams supporting young people experiencing these syndromes by developing an innovative toolkit which gathers experiences, know-how and knowledge from different linked sectors at a European level, thus medical, sport, youth sectors in four EU countries.

We are looking for following partners profiles:
- a research institution in the field of nutrition;
- a sport club (possibly in yoga, usage of mindfulness, etc)
