“Tolerance, Respect, Unity, Solidarity, Teamwork”(TRUST)

“Tolerance, Respect, Unity, Solidarity, Teamwork”(TRUST) is a 8 days training course aiming to equip youth workers from international and intercultural organizations with knowledge, skills and attitude to promote equal opportunities in the labor market for young people facing discrimination because of cultural differences and social obstacles. To reach the assigned aim the team of the project will take step-by-step actions gain the following objectives;

To explore the concepts of culture and identity
To experience cause-and-effect relationships between stereotypes, prejudice, discrimination and exclusion
To promote tolerance and inclusion as European values that lead to intercultural society
To create competences and tools for project dissemination
To plan and implement activities that will maximize the impact of the project to target groups locally and internationally.

The project contributes to the overall objectives of the renewed framework for European cooperation in the youth field (2010-2018) by creating equal opportunities for all young people in the labour market and promoting social inclusion and solidarity of all young people. The project promotes the European values as equality and respect for human rights, including the rights of persons belonging to minorities. From Kay Action 1 specific objectives the project contribute to the 4-th objective of mobility projects in the field of education, training and youth as it raises the participants' and target groups’ awareness and understanding of other cultures and countries. The project also considers equal number of partner organizations from Programme and partner countries. The activity will be implemented in partner country(Armenia) and foresees complex cooperation between programme and partner countries representatives showcasing tangible commitment to the fifth objective of EU external action objectives, priorities and principles; to promote non-formal learning and cooperation in the field of youth with Partner Countries.
