Together we are aware

The main objective of the “Together We Are Aware” project is to promote inclusion, equality and mutual understanding between young people with disabilities and non-disabled peers through awareness-raising and inclusive educational activities. The project aims to increase awareness of different types of disabilities, reduce stereotypes and social barriers, and foster empathy through direct interaction. Another key objective is to empower young people with disabilities by strengthening their self-confidence, communication skills and active participation in social and educational life. In addition, the project seeks to support educators and youth workers by providing inclusive education tools, practical methods and opportunities to exchange good practices at the European level. As a result, inclusive learning environments and sustainable educational materials will be developed and shared. These objectives are closely linked to the Erasmus+ priorities of inclusion and diversity, equal access to opportunities, and active participation in society. By addressing the needs of disadvantaged groups, the project contributes to a more inclusive and socially responsible Europe.
