C - How?

The project is structured in three parts.

First Part – Every partner in his country

A cycle of seven meetings with ten young participants, plus one decision maker, one school representative and one representative of a work agency.

In every meeting one of the problem presented in section A will be chosen and discussed, following the method of structured dialogue.

Every group leader will have the responsibility to prepare and follow online surveys about the main issues and analyze them during the meeting.

Second Part – Trans-national meeting

At least six month after the first meeting, every partner and all the thirty young participants will meet for a week in the country of the promoter of the project. During this week we will analyze and discuss the results of the discussions of the first part, with a comparison of the methods and the comparison of the statistic data collected.

The discussions will be lead by the structured dialogue method, with decision makers, school representatives and representatives of work agencies.

At the end of this week, the project aims to produce concrete proposals, as the ones proposed between the objectives. The decision makers will be engaged to grant the discussion and the application of these proposals.

Third Part - The building of the web platform of good practices

The projects aims to build, at the end of its concrete development, a web platform in which each partner will share results, reports of the experience, good practices and all the video and photographic material realized during the entire course of the project.

On this online portal we will also upload the proposals realized by the participants and supported by the decision makers and the surveys done during the first part.

D – Dissemination, follow up and monitoring

Every step will be documented by videos and photos, and each meeting will be reported on the websites and blogs of each partner and shared in the related social networks.

Each participant will receive promotional material about the Erasmus+ together with the Youth Pass Certificate.

The local press will be informed about this event and will contribute to extend the visibility of the project.
