The project’s goal is to equip young people (ages 18-30) with practical tools and transferable skills, connect them with active professionals in diverse industries, and inspire them to explore different paths to personal and professional success. This includes both traditional and alternative career journeys, encouraging self-discovery and creativity.

Our team has experience organizing youth exchanges and educational projects, as well as a strong background in mentoring, event coordination, and personal development. We are passionate about empowering youth to navigate the labour market with confidence and clarity.
