Our project aims to blend the diverse flavors and cultures brought by participants from different countries with the unique and historically rich culinary secrets of Hatay. By integrating these diverse influences, we seek to create a harmonious fusion that not only preserves Hatay’s culinary heritage but also enriches it with new perspectives. This cultural and gastronomic exchange will allow participants to explore, learn, and contribute to the continuation of Hatay's ancient food traditions, making them relevant and accessible for future generations.
