The TYMA seminar in Marseille ERASMUS+ YOUTH WORKER MOBILITY PROJECT

The goal of this seminar is to build-up long-term partnerships in Euro-Mediterranean era. Through discussions, advice and workshops, we will be helping Youth Workers participants to create their future project(s) or partnership(s) by offering them a long-lasting monitoring. This seminar is a mobility project, by the Erasmus + program of the European Union.

The objectives of the Tyma Seminar project are the following:
- promoting exchange between different cultures working in the field of youth project in order to improve the quality of everyone’s work;
- fostering to the youth workers to develop their professional network, in order to create international youth projects;
- raising awareness among partners of different way and obstacles to holding a Euro-Mediterranean project, and give them keys to cross these difficulties;
- creating new and solid partnerships with the European Countries and Partners Countries for KA1 and KA2 projects according to Erasmus + program or with the European Solidarity Corps;
- developing the skills and the motivation of youth workers in the realization of their multicultural projects and their abilities in such partnerships.

When? Where? How long?

The seminar will take place in october/november 2021, in Marseille for 6 days of seminar: 4 days of seminar and 2 days of travel.

Expected commitments from our partners:

We are interested in the most motivated partners provided they are serious in their commitments to future collaboration in youth and cultural projects
We are looking for organisations from Europe willing to build partnership with Southern structures. This means that the structures must have experience in international projects, the Erasmus + program or CES label to support projects to meet future partners who already can be partners for such projects.
