The Importance of Being Young and Free in a in a green and united europe!

The mission of the Project is to compare the various youth realities in Europe through friendly challenges.
Our purpose is to develop the integration between two different european cultures with informal meetings and various activities to get a better european consciousness
We plan to have plenty of sports, music, art, cookery events and trips around Sicily to discover our cultural and historical roots.
Every activities will be followed by friendly meetings to discuss, share and valuate what just experienced. We will also make green initiatives for the city (such as guerrilla gardening) to strengthen the Importance of Active Citizenship and sensitize the participants to respect the common areas

Objetives and Aims:
- Personal growth
- Get a stronger idea of our European citizenship
- Sharing and knowing different cultures
- have fun!!!

Locations:
The project takes place in Palermo, Sicily, Italy and tours around the area.
Period of the project:
one week

Partners:
The Factory (our cultural association) and one organization represented by 6/8 members.
We want to make our partner choose among many activities like:
- green initiative
- Football and basketball tournaments,
- Cookery contest,
- Live music events
- PS3/XBOX tournaments,
- Video reporting of the experience
