The Energize Exchange

The project will be based in a activity centre where activities such as Kayaking, Archery, Rock Climbing, sports and orienteering are included. We are a youth project with over 10 years of experience in Youth Work.
Mental health is a huge issue in the Traveller Community along with young people in general. This project would be centered around learning positive ways to manage mental health and involve physical activities along with art and other tools.
This project will offer the opportunity for leadership building skills, speaking skills and rediscovery of what it means to be a young person in Europe in 2025

Age: Young people 14-17 years of age Staff 18+years

Timeframe: July/ August in Ireland and Partner Country TBC
Desired outcome: We would spend a week in our Partner Country and they would spend a week here in Ireland, both in summer 2025
