The colours of my caring behaviour -EVS HOSTING IN RURAL AREA NEAR THE BIG CITY

For the next short project ( 59 working days)we are directing our EVS and part of Erasmus + activities concrete to young people from Kalekovets and Krislovo villages, Maritsa municipality, their community centres and village councils. These are places we are planning to carry out our future EVS projects.
Our office is situated in Kalekovets village. Kalekovets is a village in Maritsa Municipality, Plovdiv Province. It has about 3000 inhabitants. The village is situated very close ( 12 km) to the second biggest city in Bulgaria – Plovdiv. There is a community center in which citizens can learn traditional dances and singing. The library is also located in the building. Around 380 children attend the village's school. Most of the local people work in Plovdiv city and the other have their own farm where they produce fresh fruits, vegetables and grain.
Krislovo is smaller than Kalekovets with 800 inhabitants. They have the same profile. The distance between the villages is just 1,5 km. There is a community center and library too. Around 40 children attend the village's kindergarten.
The villages have their football teams.
We have chosen these paces because of:

1. The centres of the cultural and art activities in almost every village in Bulgaria are National community centres. Dedicated to their highly noble and patriotic activities, the National community centres continue the traditions and rituals typical for our region and keep alive our Bulgarian spirit. In the same time these are places for meetings among young people, communication developing of their talents and different kinds of activities.
2. The management of the villages focuses on observing and meeting the requirements of the citizens and legal people who command the provided administrative services. Administrative buildings of the village council are the other places volunteers could meet and communicate with the locals.
There is installed a modern equipment and specialized software in order to assure fast and quality service to all the consumers. The whole process of documentation has been automated. Qualified and experienced professionals, who have received special training, serve the consumers.
Our organization can offer volunteers activities that are closely connected with part of our administration and organizing work with different local, regional national and Europe youth initiatives and projects as well as all activities related to our community centres culture calendars. They can learn about the municipality youth policy, our youth strategy and its aims. Learning opportunities that we can offer volunteers are related to Bulgarian culture, heritage and different arts that have been developed in our community centres for many years. Volunteers will have the opportunity to communicate every day with all the young people who come to the community centres and village councils. They could be involved in organization and support of all regular activities of our organization and these ones we organized with the community centers and local administration. For example, all regular traditional festivals of the villages and national celebrations, seminars, trainings, volunteering initiatives, concerts and sport events.
They will have the opportunity to learn and more about the farming and agriculture because significant part of our members are active young farmers and there is an option to host volunteers in their homes during the projects.
The main role of EVS volunteers in villages will be their participation in our voluntiring initiative - 'The colours of my caring behaviour' and activities in order to transform local community centres into really active youth centres without stop keeping and developing their cultural activities. We together will provide places where young people will able opportunity to meet, discuss and solve different youth problems, share ideas, create projects and organize different interesting activities and events.
All of these activities will be arranged carried out, and evaluate of our team includes volunteers, mentors, AUY, members of the community centres and representatives of the local administration.
This kind of work in team will be excellent opportunity for gaining new skills, personal development realizing ideas and raising of organization capacity.
We are seeking active young people over 18 year old with fresh ideas that want to help us and our youth to develop varied youth activities in the villages and their community centres.

We would like to receive volunteers who are experienced in work in the sphere of culture, youth work youth and social clubs or organizations from rural regions like ours. We will be happy to host young people active in traditional and modern art, music, dance theater, crafts or something interesting that would like to share with other young people and are ready to gain knew skills and expressions. On the other hands we appreciate and volunteers interested in farming, ecology and producing of fresh vegetables and fruits.
We do not have any other requirements. All youth organizations and volunteers that would like to be part of our team are welcome.
We would like to cooperate with sending and/or coordiating organizations and prepare together application form and activity programme of the project refers to the common needs of volunteers and local youth.
