TECH FREE Training Course for youth workers

The TECH FREE Training Course for youth workers is meant for people who work and/or volunteer with youth and are looking for ways to respond to the challenges of the digital era and its negative effects.
Young people use digital devices many hours daily and, as a result, there are more and more young people addicted to them (video games) and/or social media (internet)
Addiction to digital devices has a lot of negative effects on the social abilities of youngsters, on the way they communicate emotions, on their relationship to their bodies, in the way they express themselves…
The aim of the "TECH FREE Training Course for youth workers" is to provide youth workers with tools and knowledge to be able to respond to problematic behaviour toward digital devices, as well as to prevent it.
This Training Course will offer information, theoretical and experiental workshops which will benefit the youth workers paticipanting by providing tools that they will be able to use in their future work with youth.
