#TeamEurope: Small digital meet-up for youth , March 27 - 2021

We, the Sociocultural centre “Die VILLA” in Leipzig, Germany, are currently running small digital meet-ups called “#TeamEurope“ for European youth between 14-17 years.

The aim is to bring youth from different countries together for small online sessions where they can get to know each other, play ice breakers, share common interests and practice their english (or other languages). The meet-up sessions are facilitated by Silvan Carius, an experienced international youth worker.

Our 2nd Meet-Up will take place on March 27 ; 2pm – 4pm

What’s your role as a project partner?

- Translate the call for participants in your language (will be provided in English by us)
- Share the call and find at least 2 participants from your country aged 14-17 until March 23
- Make sure they fit to the meet-up, contact them before to ensure their participation and send them the invitation link

What is your benefit as a partner?

- Giving your youth an opportunity to participate in small international meet-ups with easy access
- 150,00€ allowance for finding at least 2 participants

Why should my youth participate?

Small digital meet-up sessions with easy access might be an alternative to digital youth exchanges for several days, especially for youth without international experiences and with busy timetables. Many of our youth told us that they would like to meet youth in their age online but many online platforms and apps are also used by people with bad intentions. We can make sure to avoid that and create a nice atmosphere for youth to meet international friends!
