The Teacher Training Programme - Using Technology in TEFL offers a set of digital tools to enhance the learning process in EFL.
OVERVIEW
The Teacher Training Programme - Using Technology in TEFL is designed in accordance with the CELTA/TESOL standards, and it offers a variety of interactive approaches in teaching with the main focus on using technology (software and mobile applications and web tools, such as Wordpress, Edmodo, Aurasma, Quizlet, Kahoot, Socrative and other interactive tools) in an EFL classroom.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
The course covers 25 hours of input sessions where participants will be presented with a variety of technological tools to use in the classroom. Participants will also be given a range of strategies in managing educational resources, developing teaching materials, and applying interactive approaches in TEFL.
AUDIENCE
The Teacher Training Programme - Using Technology in TEFL is intended for students aiming to become teachers of EFL, qualified teachers with no prior experience, as well as qualified teachers who have already taught young learners and/or adult learners, but would like to receive specific training in TEFL, in order to gain more confidence in using technology in the classroom.
The instruction will be provided by qualified and experienced teachers.
The activities during the training sessions will be distributed over a period of 7 days in accordance with the school's timetables.
