TC for Youth Workers | Youth Work in Green Entrepreneurship

The project will consist of a 5-day International training course for youth workers, who work with young people in the NEETs group. Training course is based on innovative approach for green entrepreneurship as a sustainable tool for preventing the environment and increasing youth employment. During the training, participants will work in international teams having the chance to discuss and create in between learning and employability opportunities for young people, using the green entrepreneurship. Additionally, the participants will increase their capacities for leading entrepreneurship activities with youth and raise their awareness of preventing environment but also increasing their employability. Participants will increase their language and digital skills and what is more they will be empowered to learn new methodologies of youth work. During the TC, digital activities will be conducted as creation of activities used for youth environmental awareness while building their entrepreneurial ideas.
The general aim of this training is Capacity building of youth workers for introducing innovative tools for encouraging green entrepreneurship among young people and to offer environmental perspective as sustainable concept.

TC activity will be implemented within the period of 02 - 07 May 2023 in Struga, North Macedonia.

Profile of participants:
- youth workers who work with NEETs
- open and willing to invest into their personal and professional development
- motivated to try out new methods and tools and apply them with their target groups
- fluent in English (not obligatory)
- fully participate for the whole duration of the project
- actively to engage in the activities
- be aware that youth worker training is not a holiday but a learning experience
- be part of the organization that are partner (the project will include 3 organizations to take part as partners sending 3 participants per organization)
- TC is free of charge. Travel costs will be refunded according to distance band.

Interested partner organization are expected to:

- sign the Partnership Agreement
- provide 3 motivated participants for the TC
- have the capacity to provide contribution to the timetable of activities
- regular responsive communication in real time
- provide a proper pre-departure training
- be fully involved in the dissemination process in respective country
