Dragon Dreaming is a unique and comprehensive approach to project management that emphasizes creativity, personal growth, and community building.

The methodology is designed to be holistic, encompassing not just the practical aspects of project management but also focusing on the personal development of the team members and the sustainability of the project. It is particularly well-suited for community projects, environmental initiatives, and other endeavors that aim for social or ecological benefits.

Dragon Dreaming is structured around four key phases:

Dreaming
Planning
Doing
Celebrating

Project's objective:
Foster creativity and visionary thinking
Enhance collaborative skills
Teach practical project planning and implementation
Develop leadership and personal growth

The training course will take place in BERLIN, GERMANY and approximate dates from 3rd till 10th of April, 2025 (including travel days).

We are looking for partner organisations who would be able to select and send to training course 4 YOUTH WORKERS, PROJECT MANAGERS, MEMBERS OF NGOS (not simple youngters unrelated to youth work)
