During the 7 days of program, our participants will be equipped with various tools for non-formal education and facilitation methods. We want to develop their skills in facilitating high-quality youth work activities, using methodologies that support overall participant growth. The project will also offer opportunities to share good
practices and learn from each other, network and collaborate with other youth workers and organisations. Additionally, we will introduce design thinking to the
participants which can be used to develop furtherctivities in their work.
