Ardahan University Technical Sciences Vocational School (Türkiye) is preparing an Erasmus+ partnership project aimed at developing an innovative practical training model in gastronomy education.
The project will focus on integrating sustainable food systems, local culinary heritage and hands-on vocational training to improve the practical skills of young chefs and culinary students.
Within the project, Ardahan University plans to establish a Culinary Training Lab which will support international workshops, vocational training modules and collaborative culinary events.
The project will promote intercultural learning through gastronomy and strengthen cooperation between European vocational education institutions in the field of culinary education.
