Sustainability - the new fashion

Sustainability – the new fashion. Sustainable and environment friendly practises are promoted, integrated and implemented into processes of businesses and activities of different organisations:
- More and more products created are sustainable, packages are using less and less plastic, out of which more and more is recycled.
- Food products are packed into more paper or recycled packages.
- Vinted second hand platform showed unbelievably high performance regarding demand for second hand products.
- Erasmus+ itself puts more and more stress on sustainability practises and green travel to minimize the negative impacts which are created by participants taking part in mobility projects.
- Fast fashion producers are little by little changing their assortment, adding up products from organic cotton either from recycled materials.

Project's goal:
Raise awareness of the importance of sustainable and environment friendly practises in our daily life and contribute to creating clean and waste-free environment.

Objectives:
1. To analyse core reasons which prevents youngsters from environmentally friendly and sustainable habits and lifestyle in their daily routines;
2. To introduce the benefits and methods of sorting, global practices, sorting and recycling rules applied in different countries and encourage participants and their local communities to sort waste.
3. To contribute to reducing consumption of fast-fashion and raise awareness about making environment-friendly and sustainable choices.

We are looking for programme countries for this partnership. We already have partners from Turkey and N.Macedonia.

Youth exchange is planned to take place from 22nd till 31st of August, 2024 and involve 48 youngsters from 6 countries (7 participants + 1 group leader).

If you want to becoem part of consortium, please specify:
1) What are the needs of your organisation and youngsters regarding project's topic? (please write about 2-3 sentences, long descriptions are not needed, we just want to be sure that you read the partner call till the end)
2) How many participants with fewer opportunities would you plan to involve in the exchange? What obstacles are they facing?
3) What are your dissemination channels? How are you going to ensure visibility of the project and contribtue to dissemination of its results?

Partnership proposals without paying attention and answering the questions will be ignored.
