Supporting ESC volunteers with fewer opportunities

The project goals are to support the participation of people with fewer opportunities in ESC volunteering and to create a network of European organizations aiming to include 50% participants with fewer opportunities in accessible activities.

These goals are expressed by the following objectives:
- Increasing youth workers and organizations’ capacity to support volunteers with fewer opportunities;
- Raising awareness of the concrete situations that hosting organizations can face and sharing solutions;
- Training mentors and projects’ coordinators in the service/learning/reflecting balance.
