Sunrise

The aim of this A4.3 - partnership building activity is to develop a long term project with the topic “shared sunrise”. One of the main points of the project shall be the inclusion of youngsters with fewer opportunities, which are without any international experience. So to give these youngsters an easier access into this experience, we choose the connection of this shared sunrise, the image of a natural connection that is for all the participating countries the same. Furthermore the project we want to create is planned in form of educational trips with an exchange character.

We have the strong impression, that there are not many possibilities and chances for youngsters with fewer opportunities to experience and participate within Europe at this point. Therefore we feel the need to support these youngsters in a context of inter-cultural cooperation and want to create a chance to take them by the hand and to guide them out into the world, to widen their horizon.

This is why we are looking for dedicated long-term partners, preferably situated between the 13th and 14th degree of longitude, that also want to work with youngsters with fewer opportunities to create together this project, to create the opportunities that do not unfold themselves in front of these youngsters naturally.

The applicants should fulfil the following conditions:

They should be experiences with the EU program “youth in action”
They should be prepared to pass on the information, skills and contacts;
They should be interested for a long-term and reliable cooperation
One of each country participants must have a mandate in order to make solid agreements;
They expect from the applicant that they speak English and must have an open and active role;

Countries between the 13th and 14th degree longitude : Norway, Sweden, Czech Republic, Austria, Slowakia, Croatia, Italy

- A brief description of your organization and how you can contribute to this project (activities, ideas, similar past experiences, etc.);
- Name of project coordinator / contact person, direct email address and phone number;
- If you will include people with fewer opportunities in your team, how many and what are their backgrounds;
- Extra costs that might be associated with participants with fewer opportunities (e. g. support persons);
