2.Developing emotional intelligence, consciousness, courage to make decisions and move ahead
Form of learning: role play, psychodrama method

Young people need more socialization. Young people are too involved into the virtual world. Often, when they are together, the youngsters are distant from each other, because instead of communicating with each other, each of them in involved into own personal mobile device.
Nonstop searching for news, playing games every free minute swamp young people, they don’t have time for rest, their ability to say "stop" for being active online is weak, there are misbalance between virtual activities and real life activities.
Fear of communication, risk of unfolding yourself to others, risk of being yourself when you do not know how you will be accepted by others also strengthens the preferences to choose virtual life, because involving into virtual life is the easiest escape route.

So young people lose the opportunity to be "here and now", to develop the courage to be themselves, to show and accept emotions, to survive them, to realize their feelings, to learn to withstand the unpleasant emotions of others, to develop empathy with other people, to develop their emotional intelligence, not to push others out just because another person experiences emotions such as sadness, anger and so one.

With the help of a professional the young people will deepen ability to recognize and name their feelings and others' emotions through the roles play, performing situations that have happened to participants and trough the simulated situations.

The main part of the teaching processes given for communication, practice and experience. The learning process consists of a cycle: experience, discussion and evaluation of it, conclusions and their application in everyday life, science and work.

Participants emotions and thinking are activated during the experience seminars, which enhances the impact of the training. Seminars have unpredictability and good emotions, making information easier to master. Throughout the process, a professional consultant leads to discovery how each person or group begins to change.

It is also important that the participants of the seminars take the decisions themselves and take responsibility for their results while the consultant help them unfold. During the so-called reflections, participants together with them find out the logic of their chosen actions, looking for reasons why one or another task failed, finding solutions
