Training Course for youth workers and youth leaders.
Agrarian Youth Union, invites you to be a part of a project to promote Theater as a method for social inclusion of young people in disadvantaged. Project will take place in Plovdiv (Bulgaria), last week of June 2016.
Aim of the training is enabling participants to use and to learn new theater techniques (theater Improvisation) as a tool for implementation of activities aimed to improve social protection and inclusion into society of disadvantaged youth.
OBJECTIVE is to promote and integrate the concept of the social theater like a tool to improve social skills of young people. For this purpose we want to train youth workers to use the method in their NGOs.
DURING the course, participants:
- will learn how to use the art of theater as a mechanism of social sensibilisation and education,
- will share experiences and good practices for the promotion of an active citizenship
- will be part of initiatives that promote cultural diversity, through outdoor activities where participate young Europeans,
OUR METHODS: We will work through non-formal education, with various methodological techniques, such as social theater, group dynamics, panels, discussions, workshops, cultural exchanges and outdoor music workshops.
OUR TARGET GROUP IS:
Youth organizations with experience in using the method of the theater to support the social inclusion of young people in disadvantaged.
TRAVEL COSTS - according to calculator supported by the UE (page nr 81 of Erasmus Plus programme guide) AND 100 % OF ACCOMODATION
DEADLINE: If we find suitable and active participants we will apply for the next call 02/02/2016. The deadline for submission of a mandate letter is 01/29/2016.
