Street & Digital Streets: Climate Posters Lab

Street & Digital Streets Lab will empower youth workers to design bold climate posters & micro-campaigns engaging young people for a sustainable future.

Street & Digital Streets: Climate Posters Lab is an international training course that will bring together youth workers from across Europe in Silivri, Istanbul, Türkiye, from 1–8 July 2026.

The project’s main goal is to empower youth workers to creatively address climate and environmental issues through the design and dissemination of impactful visual campaigns. Participants will learn how to craft striking posters, effective slogans, and innovative micro-campaigns that truly engage young people and raise awareness on climate action.

During the training, participants will:

Explore creative communication methods, poster design, and campaign strategies.

Share best practices and local experiences from their organizations.

Collaboratively develop poster prototypes and digital content.

Gain skills in storytelling, visual language, and campaign planning.

After the mobility, partner organizations will implement local multiplier events or mini digital campaigns to spread the project outcomes at community level. This ensures that the project has both international impact (through the training course) and local relevance (through follow-up activities).

The project emphasizes youth participation, environmental awareness, and creative activism, encouraging participants to use art and media as tools for social change. By combining street visibility (posters in public spaces) and digital reach (online campaigns), the project creates a strong dual impact.
