STREET ART (GRAFFITI, MUSIC, DANCE...) IN SPAIN / NORTH AFRICA

We want celebrate a big event in Melilla in September during a week (11/09/2016 - 18/09/2016) aproximatly.

We want organize and create performances in the streets (music, dance, graffiti, sculpture...) in colaboration with organizations of the European Union and countries with National Agency.

We want to bring to Melilla about 5 organizations (5 participant per organization) for be aproximatly 30 participants with us. The participants need know sing, play an instrument, dance, paint with graffiti... (have some artistic quality).
Travel, accomodation and food will be free for the participants.
