Project Summary

Story Farm is an international learning programme based on a structured methodology that supports young people in discovering their purpose, exploring their Ikigai, and developing the confidence and skills to lead their lives on their own authentic path.

Through storytelling, creativity, nature connection, and reflection, participants strengthen self-awareness, resilience, leadership, and social responsibility.

The programme follows a clear learning pathway:

Discover – Create – Tell

Participants explore their identity and values, develop creative projects, and learn how to express their voice with confidence and impact.

We are currently building the international consortium and are looking for committed youth organisations to join us as official partners.

Partner Profile

We are looking for youth organisations that:

• Work with young people aged 13–20
• Have experience or strong motivation for Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges
• Can recruit, prepare, and support participants
• Are committed to inclusion, wellbeing, creativity, and sustainability
• Can ensure full participation and follow-up

Target Group and Numbers

Each partner organisation is expected to involve:

• Approximately 5–6 young people
• Age groups: 13–17 and/or 15–20
• Plus required youth leaders

Priority will be given to organisations working with young people with fewer opportunities.

Partner Countries

We are mainly looking for partners from:

Portugal
Spain
France
Greece
Germany

Other countries may also apply.

Our aim is to involve:

• 5–8 countries
• 30–40 participants in total

Role of Partner Organisations

Selected partners will commit to:

• Recruiting and preparing participants
• Supporting inclusion and safeguarding
• Providing youth leaders
• Ensuring full attendance
• Supporting dissemination and follow-up
• Collaborating in reporting and evaluation

Reliability is essential, as project funding depends on full participation.
