Stick To Gather

Stick To Gather is an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange designed to bring together young people from diverse European backgrounds through urban creativity, inclusion, and active participation. Inspired by the Paste Up Festival in Naples, the project addresses the need to create spaces where young people can express themselves, connect with their communities, and contribute to the regeneration of their neighborhoods through artistic practices.

In a context often marked by social inequalities and marginalization, Stick To Gather aims to transform urban art into a tool for civic engagement, intercultural dialogue, and youth well-being.

Over the course of 9 days in Ercolano (Naples, October 2026), participants will take part in:

Creative workshops (graffiti, stencil, paste-up, digital stickers)

A City Safari to discover grassroots urban creativity in Naples

Labs on identity, sustainability, and European citizenship

Intercultural nights and collective reflections

Digital activities (graphic design, sticker design, social media)

The exchange will gather 34 participants from 4 EU countries (6 young people aged 18–25 plus 1 group leader per country). Special attention will be given to youth with fewer opportunities, including those from marginalized urban areas, with migrant backgrounds, or facing cultural, social, or economic barriers. Gender balance and LGBTQ+ inclusion are integral to the project.

The methodology is rooted in non-formal education and peer-to-peer learning, combining artistic expression, role play, reflection, and digital tools (such as Canva, Artivive, WallaMe). Each participant will also receive a Youthpass certificate to recognize competences gained.

Partner organizations will play an active role in the project by preparing and selecting participants, supporting logistics, ensuring inclusion during the exchange, and organizing local dissemination events after the project to multiply its impact.

Through Stick To Gather, young people will not only strengthen their soft skills, teamwork, and leadership, but also develop a stronger sense of European cooperation and civic responsibility, making urban creativity a driver of positive change.
