Step In, Make Change: Volunteer Opportunities at TSYC

Looking for partners! TSYC hosts ESC volunteers (2 short, 3 long-term) in youth, sports & culture projects in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Tbilisi Sports and Youth Center (TSYC) is where education, sports, and creativity come together for young people in Tbilisi! With 2 youth centers and 3 sports centers, we create safe and inspiring spaces for learning, sharing, and growing.

From speaking classes, trainings, and eco-activities to language lessons, programming, art, and sports, our centers give young people the chance to develop new skills, explore their passions, and build confidence. We especially support youth from diverse and disadvantaged backgrounds, making sure everyone has equal opportunities to participate.

As an ESC accredited host, we proudly hold a Quality Label to welcome 2 short-term and 3 long-term volunteers. Our volunteers bring fresh energy, support our activities, and share intercultural experiences that make our community stronger and more connected.

At TSYC, we believe in teamwork, creativity, and active citizenship. Our mission is simple: to empower young people, promote a healthy lifestyle, and give every voice a chance to be heard.
