EVS IN PERU ** CALL FOR SENDING ORGANIZATIONS:
ADRA Poland together with SKIP Peru are pleased to invite you to cooperate under EVS project that will be hosted in Truijllo, Peru. We are interested in cooperation with reliable organizations from Programme Countries that wish to bring a change to Trujillo suburbs, by sending maximum of 2 volunteers for long term project, if it's approved, service can start in September 2013. As a coordinating organization ADRA will be resposible for managing application form.

Volunteers will be actively involved in the activites of SKIP and will have a chance to choose best suiting to them activities from the following list:
- preparation and delivery of educational workshops for children and youth in subjects like: ecology, sustainable development, media literacy, environemnt, creativity, art, entrepreneurship and active citizenship
- Youth Work Programme – individual work with young people to set life goals and work towards them, namely encouraging young people to become active citizens, to take responsibility for their own decidions and make positive choices.
- Holiday Club, over the summer months,volunteers will help in running holiday club for both secondary and primary children with educational and recreational activities running all day
- Workshops for parents from behaviour management skills in supervising children to healthy eating
- Economic development workshops, including microfinance programme for the parents, giving workshops in business development and promoting social lending
- Job Club, where volunteers will be involved in distributing information about available jobs and training courses and also work with parents and young people in the Secondary programme on CV writing and interviewing skills
- Preparing promotional materials and running blogs
