STARTUPPER IN EUROPE

Starupper is a Youth Exchange that wants to give to participants an experience to approach the world of innovation and entrepreneurship. During this week through workshops, team work with experts, participants will gain and increase entrepreneural skills and the awareness of entrepreneurship as an opportunity of professional growth. In particular they will have the opportunity to know the world of start up and to meet and have a dialogue with the startuppers of the region and know their companies. But in this project there is another educational "file rouge" the aestetic one, with which to bring participants the knowledge of acquiring the value of beauty to the armony that not Always inspires man's action, so that Young people will learn to realize something not only that works or is right, but that it can also transmit positive emotions and strong values regarding our civil coexistence. the objectved of this Exchange are:
1) developing Greater our knowledge and respects towards different cultures;
2) to remove psicological and cultural barriers to facilitate the access of Young people to entrepreneurship, and stimulate curiosity and creativity;
3) awareness about entrepreneural skills, ability to devolop in team a business idea and draft a business plan;
4) stimulate an active participation in the local community;
5) instill into the participants the sense of the beauty as a goal of human actions.
ACTIVITIES: the activities cunducted by several non formal methodologies are: ice breaking and team building, intercultural Learning, participated activities on the themes through for example work groups to develop a business idea, meeting with Young startuppers to discover more of the world of start up and innovation, intercultural evening, outdoor activities and excursions in the territory.
