Start: European Solidarity Corps (Start ESC)

Start ESC aims to innovately combine a series of activities of the host organization in support of the youth community with learning opportunities with the professional and personal development of the volunteers involved in the project. The main topics will be based on the needs of the community, of the host organization combined with the personal and professional learning and professional development needs of the volunteers (2 volunteers per partner organization). The project aims to be an instrument for promoting volunteering and supporting young people's orientation towards top-notch professions, developing entrepreneurship and boosting employability on a labor market that is constantly changing and rising.
