Raising awareness on light pollution through astrophotography and educational activities. 10-day mobility with camping and training sessions included.
Our project, StarScape: Lights Off, Stars On, aims to raise awareness about the harmful effects of light pollution, particularly among young people. Under the European Union's KA152 program, we plan a 10-day mobility program, combining educational training and hands-on experience in astrophotography. The first 5 days will be dedicated to interactive workshops and learning sessions at a residential facility. The remaining 4 days will take place in a tented camping site, where participants will engage in stargazing and astrophotography in areas with low light pollution. Through this immersive experience, we aim to enhance participants' environmental awareness and offer practical skills in photography. We are seeking partner organizations interested in youth education, environmental protection, and experiential learning. Your involvement would contribute to increasing the impact and scope of the project.
