We are looking for a coordinator. The project offers a unique opportunity to collaborate on educational modules, practical training platforms, and the promotion of active citizenship among youth.
Requirements:
Coordinator Position: We are looking for experienced coordinators who have previously managed youth projects, especially those with at least two years of experience in the field and having coordinated 220 youth-related initiatives.
Project Objectives:
Promoting active participation of marginalized youth, including NEETs, LGBTQ+ individuals, ethnic minorities, disabled youth, and immigrants in social and political life.
Introducing an educational module based on Jürgen Habermas' theory of communicative action and deliberative democracy.
Developing platforms for practical training such as a Debate for Reputable Discussion Platform and Democracy Orienteering to connect theory with practice.
Engaging youth through digital tools like Discord, fostering active citizenship skills.
Encouraging youth entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship through simulations and real-world applications.
