OTLAS Partnership Request: Youth Worker Mobility (KA1)

PRELIMINARY NOTE
This document represents a conceptual draft of the project proposal. The final, detailed structure of the "Stage of Passions" project will be completed following consultation and full collaboration with the selected partner organization, to ensure that the objectives and activities are optimally adapted to the needs and context of both parties and their participants.

Project Title: "Scena Pasiunilor" (Stage of Passions)
The Gorj County Museum is looking for a partner organization (from an Erasmus+ Program Country) for a 10-month project focused on an intensive exchange of experience and best practices among youth workers.
The main objective is to equip 6 youth workers (3 from the partner organization, 3 from the Museum) with innovative methodologies to support talented young people (in cultural/artistic fields) who face social, economic, or emotional barriers.
Mobility Details and Unique Context
• Mobility Type: Exchange of experience/Study Visit for Youth Workers.
• Mobility Duration: 5 days (excluding travel days).
• Location of Core Activities: Târgu Jiu and Hobița, Romania. The program will include practical workshops with the direct participation of young people, allowing youth workers to immediately apply and test their acquired knowledge on the ground. Activities will draw inspiration from the "Constantin Brâncuși" Monumental Complex (public domain) and the "Constantin Brâncuși" Memorial House in Hobița (managed by the Museum).

By the end of the 10 months, youth workers will have developed and tested common methodologies, supporting 40 young people (minimum 30% with fewer opportunities), resulting in a European Guide of Best Practices based on the exchange of experience.

Key Activities & Results
1. O1 - Training & Exchange: 6 Youth Workers acquire and structure a minimum of 4 new tools during the 5-day mobility in Romania, applying learned knowledge during workshops with young participants.
2. O2 - Application: The resulting methodologies are subsequently applied in 4 practical follow-up sessions (2 in each country), involving a total of 40 young people (min. 30% fewer opportunities).
3. O3 - Documentation: The final European Guide of Best Practices is drafted and disseminated by the 10th month.

Partner Profile Sought (One Organisation)
We are seeking one partner organization (NGO, public/private non-profit institution) from an Erasmus+ Program Country, with:
• Experience in youth work and personal/vocational development.
• Expertise in the cultural/artistic field and in working with youth with fewer opportunities.
• Capacity to send 3 youth workers and organize 2 follow-up activities with 20 young people in their country.
