About the Coordinator (VIKA)
Established in 2013, VIKA empowers women and youth in social, economic, and cultural life.
Strong track record in Erasmus+ KA1/KA2 and national programs; 30+ projects delivered.
Distinct experience in theatre-based empowerment, digital skills, social entrepreneurship, disaster awareness & volunteering.
Operates an active volunteer network and robust dissemination channels (web & social media).
Project Rationale
Young people need inclusive, creative and safe spaces to explore social issues and exercise active citizenship. Theatre—especially creative drama and short-form performance—offers a powerful, accessible method for critical thinking, empathy, expression and community impact. The project merges local changemaking with theatre-based methods and digital dissemination to extend impact beyond the mobility.
Objectives
Equip participants with creative drama and basic scriptwriting techniques to address social topics.
Foster intercultural dialogue and youth leadership through collaborative creation.
Produce short theatre pieces and publish them online to raise awareness and inspire local actions.
Support participants to become Local Change Ambassadors post-mobility.

Roles We Seek from Partners
Send 4–5 motivated participants (18–30), 1 youth leader (18+)
Co-design and facilitate one session (topic of strength: theatre, youth work, digital, inclusion, etc.)
Lead or co-lead one dissemination action in your community after mobility
Support subtitling and local language outreach (optional but appreciated)
Partner Profile
Registered NGO/Association/Youth group/Informal group with OID
Experience in youth work and non-formal learning (theatre experience is a plus, not mandatory)
Strong commitment to inclusion and follow-up actions
Practicalities (indicative)
Venue: Istanbul (Türkiye) or nearby area
Group size: ~30 participants total (e.g., 6 orgs × 5 participants)
Funding Scheme: Erasmus+ KA152-YOU (travel, individual support, activity costs per Programme Guide)

We are planning to submit this application for the October 2025 Erasmus+ deadline.
