Duration: 7 Activity Days + 2 Travel Days
Planned Dates: October – November 2026
Participants: 30 Young Artists (Ages 15–25) + 6 Group Leaders from 6 Partner Nations
Project Overview & Vision
Stage Exchange is an international performing arts residency designed to unite young talents across Europe. Conceived by a team of young creative practitioners in Belgrade, the project provides an inclusive artistic incubator where actors, dancers, and musicians blend diverse cultural backgrounds into a unified live stage production.
Main Project Goals:
Artistic Mastery: Intensive daily workshops led by professional mentors focusing on acting mechanics, stage presence, contemporary dance, physical theatre, and vocal harmony.
Intercultural Co-Creation: Collaborative creative sessions where participants write, compose, and choreograph an original 45-minute live performance.
Public Showcase: A final multi-disciplinary live showcase presented at a prominent youth cultural center in Belgrade in front of a live audience.
Non-Formal Learning & Youthpass: Comprehensive competency recognition through the European Youthpass framework across all 8 Key Competencies for Lifelong Learning.
Partner Profile & Responsibilities
We are actively seeking 5 reliable partner NGOs or informal youth groups from Erasmus+ Programme Countries to co-create this mobility experience.
Participant Recruitment: Select 5 motivated participants (ages 15–25) and 1 experienced Group Leader, ensuring that inclusion quotas are met for young people with fewer opportunities.
Pre-Departure Preparation: Organize preparatory meetings to brief participants on travel logistics, intercultural safety, and artistic goals.
Travel Coordination: Assist team members in booking eco-friendly and cost-effective travel itineraries to Belgrade.
Dissemination: Promote project results, multimedia content, and performances across national youth channels.
Financial & Logistical Framework (Erasmus+ Grant)
Accommodation & Food: 100% covered by the project budget, hosted in a central Belgrade youth hostel with full board.
Travel Costs: Reimbursed up to standard Erasmus+ distance band limits.
Materials & Certification: Fully funded workshops, studio spaces, and Youthpass certification.
