"SsWomen-Voice Art" is a project that aims to train youth workers, who works with disadvantaged
young women aged 16-30, on an artistic method based on illustration, in order to "Empower" themselves, stimulating the
communication of their needs and feelings, facing challenges, break down exclusion, discrimination and stereotypes.
The motto is "quiet is to noise as silence is to communication".
The project takes inspiration from UNWomen, in particular on the empowerment of women and their awareness of needs as independent individuals.

HOW?
Piloting non-formal activities at local level, art-based, within youth workers and young women. We want to train n.12 youth workers and include n.15 disadvantaged women at the local level to pilot the method and train them at the same time. Furthermore, youth workers will acquire knowledge of work in an multicultural environment and acquire the new method based on art, adaptable for disadvantaged people e replicable. Finally n.6 internal staff will acquire experience in European projects and sharing best practices on the project's topic and project management.

TARGET GROUPS: 1) Primary Target group is n.12 youth workers, selected at local level by each Partner, working in rural/remote areas and they wanted to upgrade skills and knowledge on working with women with fewer opportunities or discriminated. 2) Secondary Target Group is n.15 european young women, aged 16-30, living in rural/remote areas facing also disadvantaged conditions, such as: - educational difficulties (rural women with lack of school education/rural family with man center hierarchy/young people leaving school early) - social and cultural barriers (migrant or different culture/family with different culture/different conception of women's status) - economical obstacle (poor family with low education/single parent) 3) Third Target Groups is n.6 trainers/internal staff of the organizations An indirect target group are the local NGOs of the partnership who will become aware of the possibilities offered by the E+ Program and will acquire new methods of inclusion such as the non-formal method based on artistic activities. CAFI APS has, for example, active collaborations with CanvasHub and ChianHub through which we are already organizing follow up events for other E+ KA2 and KA2 projects
