SPOTLIGHT: is a capacity building project that brings together 14 partners from 6 continents with the aim to promote theater as a strategy for inclusion of marginalized young people.

Specific objectives:
1.To exchange knowledge skills and practical tools and best case practices
2.To compile an extensive database of tools, methods and practices, literature and research on the topic (E-TOOLKIT)
3.To create a dissemination database of organizations that might benefit from using the tools
4.To disseminate and ensure exploitation of the E-TOOLKIT from youth workers and trainers that work with marginalized youth across the world

Duration of project:
12 months (1 December 2018 - 30 November 2019)

Activities:
The project consists of 4 main phases:
Phase 1: preparation and research (December - February)
Phase 2 : Training course (March - May)
Phase 3: Compilation of intellectual output (June - August)
Phase 4: Dissemination and exploitation (September - November)

Participants:
Each partner organization should select 3 participants to participate in all the activities of the project for the full duration. Participants should be 2 representatives of the organization youth workers, youth leaders or youth trainers working directly with theatrical methods and tools and 1 Young person with fewer opportunities that is part of your organization.

Partners Profiles:
The project will involve 14 partners from: Brazil, China, South Africa, India, Nigeria, Argentina, USA, Australia, Greece, Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, Macedonia.

We are looking for organizations that:
1. Have knowledge and experience in theatrical methods and tools as a strategy for equality and inclusion
2. Work directly with marginalized young people and young people with Fewer opportunities
3. Are willing to commit in this long term project and contribute to all activities from research, participation in the training course, compilation of the methods in the database, compilation of database of dissemination groups, and the active dissemination of the project’s outputs.
4. Are willing to lead or participate in future projects that will follow up this one
