Sports21 - Dual Career support for top Cultural or Sports performers

We want to set-up a multi-annual project to optimize the employability and employment of active and former elite and side-kick performers in sports and culture in three specific career stages. We want to provide the EU Member States with empirical data, conceptualisations, tools and evidence-based practices relevant to, and enabling them to create the optimal environment to enhance active and former elite and side-kick performers employability and employment.
