Sports21 - Bringing the EU Week of Sports to the UN Calendar of Observances

You know/should know:
1. 23-30 SEPTEMBER = EU Week of Sports=WOS
2. UN Calendar of Observances / Days / Weeks/ Years / Decades. What's the week of 23-30 september dedicated to? Nothing.
3. As EU, we're not going to win the competition with Africa, Latin America, China, Russia on cheap labor, right? We're the EU-Innovation Union. Our competitive advantage is? Smart, Adaptable, Open, Innovative. And we are. And we're loyal members to the UN, right? So, why not propose our ministers of Education, Sport, Health etc. to propose to the UN to have that Week of Sports in the Un Calendar of Observances? And we throw in all our open community knowledge and framework, portal site, resources of the Week of Sports? And everybody is invited to a big party in the EU Capital of Sports and the EU Capital of Culture and Youth, the EU Green Capital ? That way our horeca also makes a buck on it? They can use it from all these terrorist attacks?
PS Our ministers will love if when you bring them a great idea to propose when they are at that UN meeting where they have to go to and finally they will actually have something smart to say! You won't get any credit for it, but hey ... it's cool to have your idea mentioned on TV, right? :)
