SPORTS ACTIVITIES

This project will attempt to enhance the personal and social development of children and young people from the Amate area.

Promoting norms and values important for peaceful coexistence and the behaviour and promote appropriate social relationships and healthy habits like sport are important missions for which the boys / girls to develop properly.

To do this, we will work with the children aged between 6 and 17 years old, through a range of sporting activities, where the achievement of the above objectives have fitted.

Hobbies and leisure activities are an area of socio-educational growth and expansion in education. Find activities educational that try to promote creativity, is essential for social development.

The work that you want to carry out has a methodology both group and individual, since during the execution of the project referred to the importance of work with each child on the basis of needs identified. However, in accordance with the objectives of the project we believe essential group work to facilitate the achievement of the same, which would be practically impossible without this methodology.

Participation in this project will come given by own desire of minors.

Sports activities during the week, will take place in the evenings from Monday to Thursday in the facilities provided by two of the public schools in the area (CEIP La Candelaria, CEIP Victoria Díez and SAFA.) These activities, more specifically, include multi-sport activities and training for children who have primary and secondary respectively.
Weekend sports activities, will take place on Friday (Evenings) and Saturday (Mornings). The venue will depend on concrete competitions calendar agreed at the beginning of the course.
