Sport Knows No Barriers

Within the framework of Erasmus+ Sport Staff Mobility (KA182-SPO), we are seeking partner organisations willing to host job shadowing activities for our sport staff.

Our institution employs qualified coaches and trainers in basketball, football, volleyball and swimming, as well as coaches working with teams of people with disabilities. Through these mobility activities, we aim to support the professional development of our staff by enabling them to observe training processes, coaching approaches and organisational practices in real working environments.

We are interested in cooperating with organisations actively working in grassroots sport, coach education and inclusive sport, particularly those with experience in the above-mentioned disciplines and the capacity to host job shadowing, peer learning and good practice exchange activities.

As a public authority operating under the Republic of Türkiye – Ministry of Youth and Sports, we have strong institutional experience in Erasmus+ sport projects. Our activities, infrastructure and programmes can be reviewed through our official website and social media channels.
