Want to be part of this project?
Only two things:
1. Priotity is given for mutual partnerships (please include us in your project as well. We are competent and value adding organisation with high project approval rate)
2. Please answer, why is public speaking important and needed in your organisation / activities?

We already have partners from Romania, Turkey and Bulgaria.

Imagine working on one skill that--once you improve it--will raise your value by 50 percent. The one skill is public speaking. The dividends on the investment you make in sharpening your communication skills will pay off for the rest of your career. W.Buffett

Each facilitator, youth worker or group leader, in order to do their work efficiently, share their team spirit
and provide high quality content needs to be equipped with appropriate public speaking skills. It helps them to effectively encourage youngsters, to better reach and involve participants with fewer opportunities, to inspire local people and communities and well as to create higher impact and higher reach with their activities.

Project's aims:
* to equip youth workers, group leaders or facilitators of participating organisations with public speaking skills, necessary in their work field.
* to analyse problems / inefficiencies which are caused by lack of public speaking skills in NGOs and youth work.
* to show the ways how to overcome public speaking fear.
